| The Secret Witness Committee will pay a reward of up to $500.00 for information leading to an indictment in a felony case and $250.00 for information leading to a conviction in a Class A Misdemeanor | ||||
| Informants do not have to give their names, and besides phoning, they may also make contact by writing to the Secret Witness Committee. | ||||
| Those wishing to remain anonymous may use a six-digit identification number of their own choosing when contacting the Secret Witness Committee. | ||||
| Rewards are paid only when the Secret Witness Committee, in conjunction with the District Attorney's Office, determines that the information provided is pertinent to an existing case. Reward will increase if it is found that a case has been solved on the basis of information provided by a Secret Witness Informant. Informants will be paid in conjunction with local law enforcement and/or the District Attorney's Office. | ||||
