The Seguin Police Department Criminal Investigation
Division is responsible for the investigation of criminal activity within the
City of Seguin. The Criminal Investigation Division conducts follow-up investigations,
prepares and files the necessary charges with the appropriate court of law,
testifies to the facts of the crime and attempts to recover stolen property.
