PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are accepted through the mail or may be made in person at 660 HWY 46 South.
Information concerning the fine amount for violations is listed on the additional sheet given to you with your ticket. These fine amounts are also listed on this web site by clicking on Fine Amounts.
NOTE: A $10.00 citation dismissal fee is required by State law when a driver's license or vehicle inspection sticker has been expired less than 60 days. The violation must have been corrected within 10 days from the issuance date of the citation. Proof of compliance must be presented in person. To verify eligibility for dismissal fee for expired driver's license, expired inspection sticker or expired vehicle registration, you may contact the court at 830-401-2325.
PAYMENTS BY MAIL
Payments mailed must be received on or before your court appearance date or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. If a warrant or capias profine is issued, an additional $50.00 warrant fee and $30.00 failure to appear fee will be assessed.
Payment in the form of a money order, made payable to the City of Seguin. Make certain that the amount is sufficient to pay the fine. All incorrect money orders will be returned and the case will remain open.
Write the ticket number on the money order to insure that payment is applied to the correct case.
Credit card payments will not be accepted through the mail.

Payments at Municipal Court can be by cash, money order or credit card.
24-HOUR NIGHT DEPOSITORY (DROP BOX)
You may pay your fine 24 hours a day by dropping the payment in the night drop box in front of the Seguin Municipal Court Building, located at 660 HWY 46 South
Payments must be in full by money order.
